Sterling builds long-horizon revenue agents on a unified data layer shaped by each company's own definitions and judgment. They customize their agent platform to own work end-to-end, carrying context through every decision point and re-planning as accounts change, from sourcing and renewals to ad targeting and product feedback. They're a team of three: Spandan (CEO) was an early researcher at DatologyAI, published at NeurIPS, and previously built anomaly detection at NVIDIA and Siri training data at Apple. Amit (COO; previously a16z enterprise) was early growth at Clay where he built observability to detect data decay. Bradley (CTO) was a Sutter Hill Engineering Fellow and ML engineer at Reve (acq. by OpenAI) and Sigma. In just three weeks, they've completed three company-wide deployments with design partners, each integrated across the customer's entire data stack rather than sold as a single seat. The first of them has already converted to a $72k ARR contract, the other two are expected to convert within a month, and they have $2M+ in pipeline.
