Tax preparers spend 65% of their time not doing taxes. They chase documents, do manual data entry, and manage clients back-and-forth. The result: 75% have retired in the last decade, a third of those left want to quit, and the gap between demand and supply widens every year. You cannot close that gap with people. You close it with AI agents. Grove builds autonomous agents that handle the full tax return lifecycle: intake, document extraction, return preparation, and delivery.
