Drafted is building multimodal generative models for residential architecture and spatial design. The product allows users to design homes by combining sketches and direct spatial input to generate coherent floor plans and elevations that can be explored in both 2D and 3D. Users can define footprints, lot boundaries, room placement, relationships, room programs, and square footage constraints that persist across generations and iterative design exploration, then export CAD, PDF, and other files into the rest of the home design and construction process.
