Terms

Techstars invests $220,000: $200,000 through an uncapped MFN SAFE and $20,000 through a post-money convertible common equity agreement, for 5% common stock plus the future value of the SAFE. Tokyo invests $120,000 ($100,000 SAFE or J-KISS plus $20,000 CEA) on the same 5% basis. Source
