Our innovative platform, co-designed with older adults, families, and caregivers, transforms homes into safe, connected, and healthy spaces for aging in place. Powered by Monica, our gen-AI wellness coach, MiiCare integrates remote monitoring, predictive AI insights, digital therapeutics, and conversational AI to empower individuals to self-care at home. With over 70 data points analyzed by our MiiCortex AI engine, we provide personalized care plans and a comprehensive view of health determinants. Monica monitors the home, alerts caregivers, manages medications, and promotes healthy habits through social voice interactions. By leveraging Microsoft's NLP and LLM technology, we deliver personalized experiences that prevent hospitalizations and support those with chronic conditions. Our platform extracts biomarkers from home activity, health data, voice, and footsteps to assess mental health, dementia progression, posture, frailty, and fall risk. MiiCare's impact is evident in our ability to reduce care delivery costs by over 50% on average and decrease client days in the hospital by 77% for notable clients like Sodexo. Through personalized insights and digital therapeutics, we aim to revolutionize preventative care and enhance the well-being of older adults."
