About Kairo

Traditional pen tests were built for traditional software. Today's applications ship faster, integrate more third-party services, and increasingly hand real permissions to non-deterministic systems. That widens the attack surface in ways checklist-driven testing doesn't cover. Kairo combines original security research with adversarial testing to probe how your systems behave under attack, not just how they're configured. Our work spans the full application stack: authentication and authorization flaws, broken access controls, API and data exposure, business logic abuse, and misconfigured infrastructure — alongside AI-specific attack surfaces like prompt injection, jailbreaks, data exfiltration through model outputs, tool and function-call misuse, and agent hijacking. Every engagement produces a report built for action: reproducible proof-of-concept exploits, severity ratings mapped to recognized frameworks including OWASP and MITRE ATLAS, and concrete remediation guidance.
