About Avoice
Avoice is an all-in-one, AI-native platform for running an architecture practice. It covers the whole arc of a project: pricing and proposals to win the work, research and schedules in early design, specifications and QA/QC checks through documentation, contract particulars and preliminaries at tender, then RFIs, submittals, instructions, certificates and valuations through construction, and the compliance record at handover. Timesheets, fees, financials and invoicing run alongside, with Xero and QuickBooks. Specification is the most-used part of the platform. Avoice drafts coordinated, tender-ready specifications from a practice's own drawings, schedules and office masters, then checks them back against those drawings. Work that normally takes weeks takes an afternoon. Practices in the UK, US, Australia and New Zealand use Avoice, from boutique studios to firms of several hundred people. It integrates with Revit and ArchiCAD.
