Each company has its YC batch (W = Winter, X = Spring, S = Summer, F = Fall, then the year), one-liner, YC tags, category flags (AI, data, developer tools; 3659 companies are in at least one), YC's status label (active, acquired, public, inactive), team size, location, website and founders' names and titles. Everything comes from Y Combinator's public company directory (ycombinator.com/companies) via the community yc-oss mirror, and founders from each company's YC page. Categories come from YC's own tags; untagged new companies are read from their description and may be checked by a model (marked Unverified). A refresh runs every Monday at 11:00 UTC. Last successful refresh: 2026-09-23 18:47:28 UTC. Newest batch: Fall 2026 (F26), 86 companies, 86% AI.
